Angela Reiswig, Owner
Bachelor of Music - Vocal Performance
Angela's Story
Angela has a vocal performance degree from New Mexico State University where she played lead roles with the Doña Ana Lyric Opera. After a detour into corporate America supervising and managing medical offices for 15 years, she found her way back to her first love: music and singing.
"Singing has given me so much joy, it's my purpose to bring that joy to others by teaching them the power and beauty of what is uniquely theirs: the voice!
In addition to her Bachelor’s of Music degree, Angela has studied with local master teachers Peggy Norcross and Linda Brice. She has also studied with Nancy Olson Chatalas and Inci Bashir-Paige. It's through this intense training in vocal technique and her genuine love of teaching music she is able to connect with her students and bring out the best of their voices, performances, and souls. Her performance background is in opera, music theater, jazz, symphony choirs, church choir and worship teams.
The Studio and Teaching Philosophy
“I truly enjoy teaching children, helping them develop the skill of performing, and guiding them to realize that as they learn to accept their voices, they learn to accept themselves.”
